The company is an OEM service provider and there are over 180 staffs working on process design, manufacturing, and sales of high-quality faucet products for global well-known faucet brands.
Hengbao is specialized in producing brass alloy, anodized aluminum alloy, and stainless steel parts including faucet valves, valve assemblies, spout nipples, tubes, cartridges, shanks, and other fitting components for bath, shower, sink and lavatory faucet.
Hengbao has been since always engaged in metal machining, forging, brazing and polishing with full sets of professional automation equipments and sophisticated techniques utilized in the CNC machining workshop, Instrument machining workshop, Brazing workshop, Forging workshop, Tooling workshop, and Polishing workshop.

Production processes are designed by cross functional and well experienced teams, quality activities monitor all operations from supply base, material incoming, production, packaging, warehousing, shipment, to customer feedback. A laboratory and a measuring center are equipped with test and measurement tools such as spectrometer, metallographic microscope, cupping machine, CMM, profile projector, hardness meter, salt spray tester, air tester, and adequate gauges for all dimensional specifications, which ensures products are made to customers' requirements under variable standards such as US ASTM, Germany DIN, Japan JIS, and China GB, etc.
